Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the policy below.


Order Cancellation Window

If you would like to cancel your order, you must email us at:

within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please include:

  • Your Order ID (e.g., #SAxxxxx)
  • The reason for cancellation

Any cancellation request sent after 24 hours will not be accepted.


Invalid Methods of Cancellation

The following cancellation requests will be considered invalid:

  • Requests sent via WhatsApp
  • Requests sent via Instagram DM
  • Requests not sent to the official email

Offer Period Cancellations

During any promotional sale, discount period, or special offer:

No order cancellations are allowed.


Offer Validity Terms

  • Offers, discounts, or promotional gifts apply only to orders placed while the offer is active.
  • Orders placed before an offer goes live are not eligible for retrospective benefits.
  • Cancelling and re-ordering to claim an offer will not be allowed.

This policy ensures fairness and prevents processing delays.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that promotional offers cannot be back-applied through cancellations or re-orders.


Product Unavailability

If you receive an official email from Satva Aura stating that a product cannot be shipped due to unavailability:

You may choose:

  1. A replacement product, OR
  2. A refund of the product value (minus payment gateway fees)

Refunds typically reflect in 7–10 working days.

Payment Processing Charges (Non-Refundable)

  • Razorpay:
    • 2.36% for Indian cards & net banking
    • 4.72% for American Express
    • 3.54% for foreign cards
  • PayPal: 5.19%
  • Shopify fee: 2%

These charges are deducted before issuing any refund.


Order Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to cancel it.


Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your order shows Delivered but you haven’t received it:

You must email us at:

within 24 hours of receiving the delivery message.

We will escalate it to our courier partners.
If we are informed after 24 hours, Satva Aura cannot be held responsible for lost packages.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund seems delayed:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank
