Fast & Secure Delivery
At Satva Aura, we are committed to delivering your order in the fastest possible time, while ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. All online prepaid orders are processed and shipped promptly, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are first confirmed via phone and then dispatched.

Shipping Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within the same working day for orders placed before 2 PM. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for the rest of India.
  • COD Orders: Dispatched on the same or next working day after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days due to additional processing time.

Dispatch Days & Hours
We ship all orders throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, during normal business hours.

Courier Partners
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we ship via reputed courier agencies including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC.

  • COD Orders: Free shipping

GST Compliance
All our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax). GST is applicable only for orders within India. For international shipping, please contact us at contact@satvaaura.com.

Orders to remote locations or areas not serviced by our courier partners may require the recipient to collect from the nearest delivery center.


Receiving Damaged Products

If your product is received damaged or tampered with, please:

  1. Refuse delivery at the time of receipt.
  2. Contact our team immediately at contact@satvaaura.com with your Order ID (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).

We will arrange for reverse pickup of the damaged product and ensure a brand new replacement is sent at no extra cost. Please ensure the original tags and packaging are intact when returning the product.


Multiple Unit Orders

Shipping charges for multiple units follow the same policy as individual orders:

  • Prepaid: Free shipping, irrespective of the number of items.
  • COD: Free shipping
