1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your product if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You receive the wrong item
For hygiene and energy-cleansing reasons, used or worn bracelets cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been worn or physically damaged by the customer
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., intention-filled products)
- Products without original packaging
How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or video of the product received
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only when:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- A return is approved by our support team
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to:
- The original payment method
- Or as store credit (if preferred)
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Returned items damaged due to customer handling
- Missing parts, beads, charms, or lock components
- Shipping and COD charges (if applicable)
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for manufacturing defects only.
If you need an exchange, email us within 5 days of delivery.
4. Satva Aura 2-Year Warranty (Bracelets)
We proudly offer a 2-year warranty on all Satva Aura bracelets.
This warranty covers:
✔ Free Repair or Re-stringing
We will repair or re-string your bracelet at no additional cost within 2 years of purchase.
✔ Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
The bracelet is eligible for free repair only if:
- All beads are available and not lost
- The customer provides the original product or remaining parts
- The damage is due to normal wear and tear (e.g., string break)
If beads are lost, the repair will not be covered under free warranty.
Replacement beads (if available) may be charged separately.
✔ What is Not Covered
- Lost beads
- Broken or damaged lock due to misuse
- Damage from chemicals, water exposure, or rough handling
- Intentional breakage or modification by the customer

We offer polish and coating, but natural brass may still tarnish over time depending on usage.
Shipping Costs
- Repair is free, but shipping charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service while sending items for repair.
How to Claim Warranty
Email us at contact@satvaaura.in with:
- Order ID
- Photo/video of the bracelet
- Description of the issue
Our team will confirm the next steps and provide the return address.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, if the item has not yet been packed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
